For this assignment, we were to explore del.icio.us, a social bookmarking site. I have to admit, I didn't like it very much. I can see why it would be useful as far as being able to bookmark sites no matter what computer you are using. However, the social side of it is a bit beyond me. I think that I will use this in the future for when I research things in the library or on computers that don't belong to me. It is a very useful way to keep track of references and such. I tried looking through the more popular tags and bookmarks, but didn't find anything terribly useful. All in all, the experience was useful, if only to have another research tool.
